BAD B ACADEMY – MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a BAD B Academy membership, you agree to the following:

1. Membership Access
Your membership gives you access to all available online training content within BAD B Academy for the duration of your active subscription.

2. Billing & Payments
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Payments will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the content, all payments are non-refundable once access has been granted.

5. Personal Use Only
Your membership is for personal use only. Sharing login details or distributing content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

6. Content Ownership
All content within BAD B Academy remains the intellectual property of BAD B / Beyoncé Sunley. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed in any form.

7. Changes to Content & Platform
We may update, modify, or remove content at any time to improve the experience.

8. Health & Responsibility
By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical wellbeing. Please train within your limits and seek medical advice if needed.

9. Choreography & Usage Rights

All choreography taught within BAD B Academy is for personal use only.

You may not teach, reproduce, perform publicly for profit, or use this choreography in your own classes, workshops, or paid services without prior written permission.

If shared on social media, appropriate credit  must be given.

Failure to comply may result in removal of access without refund.

 10. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.
